1️⃣ Explore the Main Dashboard
The dashboard gives you a quick overview of everything:
- → See the current status, milestones, and goals
- → Access shared files and deliverables
- → Review notes and recordings from past meetings
- → Track invoices and payment history
- Frequently Asked Questions → Find quick answers about project flow and collaboration
- Tutorials / How-to → Learn how to use your portal and related tools
- → You can make this To-Do database private to your internal team only, so clients don’t see individual tasks. Clients will still be able to view the overall progress — which is automatically reflected in the Project Timeline database through linked relations.
2️⃣ Use Page Templates When Adding Entries
Some pages use databases — for example:
- Project Timeline → Add a new task or phase using the built-in “New Phase” template
- Payments → Add new invoice entries using the “Invoice Template”
- Documents & Assets → Upload files using “New Asset” template
These templates automatically include all required fields, so you don’t have to format anything manually.
